Well, this birthday trip has been interesting! Gorgeous town, interesting food and plenty of beers.

I got treated to a posh meal in a restaurant down what I can only describe as Diagon Ally. But I’m not a Harry Potter fan so it probably looked nothing like it. We had salmon skewers (our French is still a work in progress so it was all we could pick out) and my lovely boyfriend couldn’t differentiate between fish and lemon slices… Proceed to him trying his best not to throw up at the table, me telling him “don’t you dare!” with a very stern look on my face, and then both of us laughing until we cried and making a swift exit. I still crack up now just remembering it. He’s pretty but not too smart. No more lemons for luke!

But anyway, we’ve seen plenty of historic sites, walked around in unbelievable heat and relaxed by the river. Its turned out to be a fantastic few days ❤️ Vannes? 10/10 would recommend!
